Shipping and Delivery Info

Domestic orders placed with Standard shipping usually process and ship within 2 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking. We estimate an additional 7-10 business days for delivery to the USA and 10-15 business days for international orders.

Please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for Pre-order or Made-to-order items.

Shopify Rebellion covers all anticipated customs or import duties calculated at checkout.

However, in rare cases, unexpected charges may arise once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these additional charges.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies differ from country to country.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We only accept inquiries for items purchased from shopifyrebellion.gg.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer a return for items that are received damaged.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.

Items must be unused, in their original condition.
